Last updated: August 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of wildfuel.io and every purchase made through it. The store is operated by Wildtopia SL, CIF B75466359, Av. Diagonal 420, 08037 Barcelona, Spain (“Wild”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Products

Wild sells plant-based functional food: mushroom chocolate, protein, functional bars, coffee alternatives and related products. Product images are illustrative, packaging and recipes may change slightly over time.

Our products are food, not medicine: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasonable cause, for example stock issues, obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud. In that case you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, when they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and the other payment methods shown at checkout, processed by secure third-party providers. Wild never stores your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the territories listed at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.

5. Returns and right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, this right does not apply to food products that have been unsealed or that are perishable.

To exercise it, contact us before the 14-day period ends and return the unopened products in their original condition. We will refund you, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving them back.

6. Wild Club subscription

Wild Club is a monthly subscription: you get 30% off your first delivery and 10% off every delivery after that, plus any other benefits described on the site.

Your box renews automatically every month and is charged to your payment method before each dispatch. You can change what’s inside, skip or pause a delivery, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes apply to deliveries that have not shipped yet.

If prices or benefits change, we will tell you in advance so you can decide.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes are personal, have no cash value and cannot be combined: one code per order. Codes may have an expiry date or usage limits, shown when you receive them.

8. Wild Balance, points and coupons

Some Wild experiences, such as the Umbral app, let you earn Wild Balance points. Points are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Points convert into discount coupons as described in the app. Coupons expire seven days after being claimed and redemptions are capped at €30 per month.

We may adjust or discontinue the program with reasonable notice, and we may void points obtained through fraud or abuse.

9. Health and allergens

Always check the ingredients and allergen information on each product page and label before consuming.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to a health professional before using functional products. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

10. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including brand, texts, images, packaging designs and code, belongs to Wild or its licensors. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses we could not reasonably foresee when you placed your order.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, available on this site.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

If you have a problem, write to us first and we will try to solve it. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
