Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.Marketing forms: the name and email you leave in the discount popup or the newsletter form.Support and chat: the messages you send us through the chat or by email. These messages are processed by an AI provider so the assistant can answer you (see section 4).Affiliate program: if you join it, your contact details and the payout information you provide.Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies or similar technologies, collected when you browse the site.Browsing behaviour (only with your consent): when you accept non-essential cookies, we create a random identifier and store it in your browser. It carries no meaning on its own and does not tell us who you are. We use it to record which products you view and what you add to or remove from your basket.If you later give us your email, in the discount popup, the waiting list, when you log in or when you buy, we link that identifier to your email, and from that moment the browsing we had already recorded is associated with you.One person may use several browsers and one browser may be used by several people, so this link is not exclusive in either direction. Where a browser has been used by more than one person, earlier activity is attributed only to the first person who identified themselves on it.Aggregate counts (no consent needed): regardless of your choice, we count how many times each product page is viewed and how many times each product is added to a basket, per day. These counts carry no identifier, are not stored against you, and nothing is written to your device. They cannot be linked back to any individual.2. Why we use itTo prepare, ship and invoice your orders, and to run your Wild Club subscription: this is necessary to perform our contract with you.To answer your questions and solve incidents with your orders.To send you news and offers by email, only with your consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects your orders.To record and analyse your browsing, and to show you our advertising on other platforms, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.To produce aggregate statistics about how the site is used, based on our legitimate interest in improving it. These statistics do not identify anyone.To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and invoicing rules.3. The Umbral appUmbral is designed so that your focus data stays on your phone: your app selections, sessions and stats are stored on the device and we cannot see them.The Screen Time permission is managed entirely by iOS. It lets one app limit another without reading its content, and none of that information reaches us.If you create a Wild Balance, we process your email, your name and your points balance to run the rewards program. Without an account, the app works without sending us any personal data.4. Who we share data withService providers that help us run the business, acting on our instructions:Website and hosting: Framer.Store, orders and payments: Shopify and its payment providers.Databases and backend: Supabase.Customer panel and APIs: Vercel.AI assistant in the chat: OpenRouter, and the model provider it routes to.Marketing email: Brevo.Transactional and internal email: Google (Gmail SMTP).Shipping: [transportistas por confirmar].Website analytics: Framer Analytics, Google Analytics.Advertising: Meta Platforms, Google.Where we advertise, we may share your email address with Meta and Google in hashed form, so they can show you our ads. Hashing means they receive a code derived from your email, never the address itself. This only happens if you have consented to advertising cookies.Public authorities, when the law requires it.We never sell or rent your personal data. When a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.5. How long we keep itOrder and invoicing data: as long as tax and commercial law require.Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.Account data: while your account is active.Browsing behaviour: 12 months, then reduced to aggregate counts.Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask you again.Chat conversations: 6 months, then automatically deleted.Aggregate counts: indefinitely, they identify no one.If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data unless we must keep it for legal reasons.6. Your rightsYou can access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, restrict or object to certain uses, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before.To exercise any of these rights, write to admin@wildfuel.io. We will answer within one month.If you have browsed the site but never given us your email, we have no way to tell which records are yours, and we are not required to collect additional data just to identify you. If you can provide information that lets us find them, we will act on your request.If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD, at aepd.es.7. Cookies and similar technologiesWe use essential cookies to make the site work: your basket and your login session. These do not require consent, because without them the shop does not function.Everything else is only activated after you accept, through the banner that appears when you first visit:Our own identifier: a random number that lets us recognise your browser. Kept for 12 months.Meta pixel: measures our advertising and lets us show you ads. Duration set by Meta.Google Analytics: measures how the site is used. Duration set by Google.Until you answer the banner, none of these are loaded and nothing is stored on your device.Our website analytics from Framer do not use cookies and do not store anything in your browser, so they run regardless of your choice.You can change your mind at any time from the cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we will ask you again.8. SecurityWe apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep risks to a minimum.9. AgeOur products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.10. Changes to this policyWe may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the new version here and, if the changes are significant, we will let you know.11.
